Ground Spawning

On Garry’s Mod, when i spawn a character they appear dead on the ground, i don’t know what to do!?
Can someone plz tell me wot to do cos it is really annoying me as everythng else is working!
NEVER PLAYED IT YET SO I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO A WEB SEARCH, that would be your best bet, sorry for caps.!!!
