Is this normal for a rook piercing?

I got my rook pierced on February 14, (my fourteenth piercing), and on about the third day, it got extremely sore (constantly throbbing), and it’s been that way ever since. My ear is swollen to about twice its normal size, and it oozes a lot, causing it to form a sort of crust around the piercing site. I clean it faithfully, twice a day, every day, using a saline solution and soaking it in hot salt water. Is this normal?

It sounds to me like you have a pretty bad infection. This is not normal for a piercing. I recommend you go to the doctor and have it looked at and take out the piercing before it gets worse.
